I'm a 25 year old whos been into martial arts for a long time but never train and i'm not very flexable.also i want to start getting into mma.I was wondering which dvd would be good for me to start out with and what the difference are between Grappler:Strength and flexibility,strength and flexibility,and everything you need to know about kicks dvd.If someone could get back with me on this i would appreciate it

jedm2010,

It seems that Grappler DVD fits you the best as you want to get into MMA.
The difference between the named products is of course the goals.
Splits DVD is focused on 3 splits. Grappler DVD for strength and flexibility in the positions that a grappler would need it. Kicking DVD to understand the kicking techniques and to improve various modalities.
