The book contains six pages of Kicking Technique Dev't. A short routine but very helpful and can be done with the flexibility training. Gives an early start on kicking for beginners like me -). The book is also a handy reference. Flipping thru the pages during my spare time not only taught me but helped figure out how to structure my weekly routine. But I also try the exercises that are in the dvd and are not in the book.

I have tried many oils. I did not find anything that works better than Castor oil. There is a sure possibility that there is an oil or a combination of oils that works just as well or better, but I haven't gotten to it yet.
