Hi Everyone,

Hamstrings Flexibility System is about to be released.
I am taking some time off to answer all the possible questions.
I recommend that both DVD's are viewed at least once.
After viewing post any questions that you may have so that I can answer them.
I have being researching and putting this system together for so long, that I want it to be used to it's maximal potential.

Great Luck Training,

Paul

Kung fu,

This question seems to be coming up multiple times.
The complete system is
GOLD (Guided Opposition Lengthening Device)
Massage Roller
Massage Balls
Massage Stick
Massage Oil
Two DVD's

Paul, I would like a sense as to the time commitment necessary to complete each session in the program. In other words, how much time will we need to spend on an ongoing basis to complete the exercises you recommend in the program? Are the exercises done daily? Thanks.

Bigdadda,

This is how the Hamstrings Flexibility System works.

It's 16 weeks.

First 4 weeks is conditioning. The conditioning is needed, because the exercises used in the program are unique and place demand on the muscles in the ways rarely used before.

After that there are 3 routines, each goes on for 3 weeks with one week of active rest.

Each routine requires 6 days of training a week.
3 Progress days and 3 maintenance days.
Progress routines can take on average an hour. Could take less, could take more, depending on your pace.
Maintenance routines take on average 30 minutes.

Paul
