Questions re Conditioning Phase - 09-15-2009, 03:43 PM

Ok, just received the package and have been reviewing the dvd's. My apologies in advance if this is covered, but I couldn't find it. How many reps of each conditioning exercise should be done? Also, should I do 2 weeks of conditioning 1 and then graduate to conditioning 2 for the remaining 2 weeks of the first month?

Thanks.

I just received mine as well. I do know that the DVD says that you move to DVD # 2 when you are able to reach down and hold your foot without straining or having to pop back up. I do not have a door where I need to use this and I was wondering which Power Tower would work? It seems that it would have to be able to be weighted down so that it would not tip forward.
Good Luck with the workout - I look forward to it.

Do 2 sets of 10 reps to start with. If there is no soreness, move up to 2 sets of 15 or 20 reps.
Yes, after 2 weeks of Conditioning Routine 1, you will do 2 week of Conditioning Routine 2.

I used power tower in the demonstration, but it was stabilized. A regular Power Tower will flip over.
If you don't have a door the would hold, you can use a door pull up bar, just make sure it is holding well.

First 1 month, you do conditioning.
3 progress days, 3 maintanace days is 2,3,4th month. One week break after each 3 weeks.
