Arrow Splits Photos Postings - 09-26-2008, 06:53 AM

OK People,

If you don't have blogs of your progress then how about posting photos of how you are getting on with your progress for the splits.

I think it would help us all to show everyone else how we are getting on, no matter how bad or good we are.

It might motivate us to work harder at getting our goals.

What d'ya think? Do you wanna post your splits pics?

Here's one of me from early August 2008.

I can hear you laughing from here -

EDIT 16/10/08: I just worked out how to post the actual picture rather than a link:

Well thats not bad mate. Your not unflexible and you have something to work for. What you need to do now is post the same pic again in 6 weeks. Then we and you can see the progress!

Thanks Dave for adding to the thread, perhaps a pic of you in splits would be super. Tim has his on his blog page.

I reckon ALL MOTIVATED READERS should post their split pics here - go on, you just know you want to.

Workout time now followed by vino i'm sure.

James

So it seems people are not keen to show off, no worries. I'll post another pic soon of my terribleness, I am beyond embarrassment so I doesn't matter.

Cheery Bye,

James.

Ok I'm up for this one. I'll get some pics done and probably have to post them on a facebook or myspace page cos I'm not a great pc expert but why the heck not!

YES! That makes 3 in total (so far)

Goldy - I think you can upload a picture straight through this forum.

I promise to post another photo of side splits before the weekend is over - maybe I'll do it tonight as I am meant to be going training.

James.

Laugh if you need to - 10-16-2008, 06:37 PM

so I dont mind posting my splits progress and I think if you are serious about attaining splits then you will document your progress.

here goes:

So i feel an improvement but I need to do things more regularly. I have yet to settle on a good routine for the conditioning. Any tips? (i'm a busy dad)

Here's a side kick for fun:

I have blogged this to keep up with progress.

I bet that no-one else will post their current splits pics before Monday - ;o)

have fun

James.

James,
Your side split straddle have opened up from what it looks like on the picture.
The side kick has good finishing form as well.
Slow kicks, knee and straight leg circles, side line reciprocal inhibition stretches as well as roundhouse chamber stretches will help with even more height of both leg and torso.

Keep up the good work.

Paul
