Hello everyone, I am new to the Paul Z stretching systems. I am a kung fu student and am in great need of flexibility. I have had a tight lower back with intermittent problems for years. I am nearing 40 and have purchased the lower back flex pack from Paul. I can honestly tell you that my back at time feels fused! I have used the back dvd for a week and do feel better. Now I need to move on to the hips and hams. I broke my leg in high school and it is actually a little longer than the right one and this seems to cause me some problems with hip alignment. I have the book that came with the package and will start to incorporate it. I appreciate any tips and will continue to post progress updates. Thanks everyone
